I am a Senior Technology Professional with my PMP Certification, and a broad and extensive background in Enterprise Project Management, Business Intelligence, and Application Development.

My expertise is in delivering mission critical projects to the clients satisfaction on time and within budget, and in the process, build and lead highly focused, cohesive project teams. As a Principal Consultant I work independently with clients, and sub-contract through Microsoft Gold Partners to manage project execution to ensure adherance to budget, schedule, scope, and adhere to strict quality assurance.
As Senior Director of Application Development for Gartner Dataquest, I directed daily operations of the Application Development department; analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. I met with department heads, managers, vendors and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
As Director of Reporting for LifeMasters, I managed a staff of Reporting Analysts responsible for the timely and accurate completion and delivery of all corporate reports to clients. I evaluated the organization's technology use and needs and recommended improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
As a Senior Consultant for National Decision Systems, I generated standard and custom reports summarizing business, financial, and economic data for review by executives and senior management and managed the timely flow of business intelligence information to key decision makers. On many assignments I functioned as an Engagement Manager for the Consultancy, and conducted business development activities.
