• Direct entire project lifecycles, from initial client needs assessment and technology evaluations through architectural framework selection, internal development, pilot testing, quality review, technical and user documentation, training, and full scale implementation.
• Manage project execution to ensure adherance to budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Install and configur Microsoft Project Server, creating dashboards into corporate project portfolios. When necessary, align business processes with PMI’s project management methodology (PMBOK) for better, more efficient processes.

Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence

• Design and implement data warehouse systems to balance optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors, according to customer requirements.
• Design and implement warehouse database structures.
• Develop data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation and extraction.

Application Development

• Evaluate an organizations technology use and needs and recommend and implement improvements.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, networking operations, and other computer related workers.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, and develop and mentor efficient and collaborative project teams.
